Praelum - AUSSIE (Praelum Wine Bistro): Pronounced chocolate bread nose, and has good strength on the palate, with plums, cherries, cinnamon, cocoa, yeast, and mint

Smoky black plums, vanilla spices, sour cherries, and fresh eucalyptus on the nose. Palate echoed the nose. Fresh and lively blue fruits, lots of smoky vanilla and spicy after notes of minerals in the mid-palate and lifted acidity in the finish. Much more elegant than a Barossa Shiraz .Everything is competing for attention now, tight structure, needs more time in the bottle to soften the edges and open up the flavour profile.
