  Drink now and over 20+ years.
  Note to self, try to have one every 2nd or 3rd year, if you can hold off.

  No detailed notes- had on a warm day with grilled seafoods. Sweeter than I remembered from the initial bottle, almost a dessert wine - but not quite. A Spatlese ++, with simply beautiful fruit, mineral and acid, madly primary with petrol and petrichor in harmony.
  Still super young, this will likely go for decades.
  At this point, it will pair best with spicy cuisine to counter the sweetness.
  Mostly hold unless unless looking for that primary richness. Note to self- Try to wait at least 2-3 years, if 5-10, before checking in again.
