  Wonderful bottle of wine. So smooth and balanced.
  Colour: Garnet/browning. It is showing its age. No sediment. Medium colour intensity, can easily see through it.
  Aromas: Cherries, black-raspberries, earthy/forest floor. Slight jamminess and spices, brown sugar.
  Flavours: Sweet and mellow, and toss in a touch of earl grey on the finish.. Flavours follow aromas. Wonderful. Medium strength, longish finish. No hard edges or bitterness here.

  Dried fruit, vanilla toast, cedar, and a bit of rubber on the nose. Flavourful and warming with balanced acidity and polished tannins. Dried berries and wood-spice flavours to close.
