A very agreeable Chablis, essentially in a fresh and mineral, terroir-driven style, but with some nice and ripe 2015 fruit ladled on top. As a consequence of the warm year, the acidity is lower than it might otherwise have been, but this uncomplicated, well-balanced (12.5% ABV) wine is just as it should be. At le Petit Salon de Maison Rousseau, Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, Lyon, France.
