(Schloss Lieser Brauneberger Juffer-Sonnenuhr Auslese LGK) Salty, humid nose with the biggest botrytis so far..but it is such clean botrytis. Truly unbelieavable. Rich on the palate but glides like a feather with haunting elegance and just stains your palate. Just out of this world.

Uncorked DK BYO - Dom P, Clos de Tart, Vogue, Masseto, Diamond Creek, Dunn, Gaja, Guigal, SQN... (Aarø & Co): Light yellow. Delicious sweet nose with pure yellow fruit, licorice, vanilla and burned caramel (creme brulee...) In the mouth it is dense, deep and well as vibrant and intense. Very nice and refreshing end to the amazing programme.
