  Dark ruby. Gorgeous aromas of crushed red berries, allspice, florals and hint of alpine scents. The palate shows perfumed and sweet crushed red berries, very good acidity and resolved tannins on the long finish. Lovely wine indeed.

  Popped and poured. This is remarkably structured for a new world pinot and even sported some unresolved tannin. It would have benefitted from a decant or a few more years in the bottle. Nonetheless, this drinks well. Medium to full bodied. Black raspberry, herbs, smoke and spice. A lot of structure and depth. The score could improve over time.

  Opened and drank over 4 hours, still quite tight and sour. What small amount this wine offers is dark and ripe. Balance is good, finish is long, aromatics are very nice. Try again in 5 years, or sell.
