Lemon yellow with hints of gold , there aromas of white elder flowers, pear drops, limoncello, sugary lemon, green apples, and minerality. It's dry but creamy in the mouth with plenty of acidity. Flavours of greengage, sour apples and almonds lead into,a long dry finish tasting of Brazil nuts. Still has several years life ahead. Drink with food .

Not had any Gavinfor a while and bought this as it was a third off at £10. Off dry, tropical fruits with a slight nuttiness. Good depth of flavour. Great wine at £10 as a pre dinner drink.

Pale lemon. The nose shows medium- intensity neutral aromas of lemon peel, green apple and hints of green pineapple.
It is dry in the mouth with a medium+ acidity. It has a medium alcohol strength and a medium body. It has medium intensity flavours and a medium finish.
it is a good quality wine. It is fresh, with enough concentration and length to consider it a nice everyday wine, but it lacks depth and complexity.

What a nice surprise - beautiful white from Piedmont! Good structure, nose of stone fruits, peaches and almonds. Very tasty and fresh palate, balanced finish. Nice first date with Cortese!

Piedmont Tasting (Plum Market - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Apple with lemon peel and orange peel. Acid throughout, slightly pronounced on the finish. Good.
