  First taste out of the bottle was tart and fairly subdued. After breathing for another hour, what a transformation.
  Nose of blackberry and flint came up. Brambly fruit, blueberry and oak came out on the tongue.
  Smooth mouthfeel and mild to medium tannins.
  Excellent!
