  A friend brought this over for Halloween. On pop n pour, fragrant nose of lilac, crushed berries, tart cranberry. Very pure. Alluring nose. The taste at first is a bit thin and doesn't match the nose, but me thinks there is something going on here, so luckily only half the bottle was finished. 2nd day after vacu seal. Less of the nose, more of the taste. Very similar taste notes as to the above nose, but with a touch of acidity and stony goodness.
  
  I am most impressed with the finger lake cab and quite like it. It doesn't have much of a finish, but what it does in up front fruit and immediate pleasure is most excellent. Well done.
