  Apricot, honey, and grass. Dense structure with a touch of herbs but of course dominated by mostly yellow candied stone fruits. Not tropical to me, rather ripe yellow plums, peaches etc.

  No proper notes - honey, necytar, passionfruit, tropical, high acidity and intensity, concentration is solid. Outstanding 92-93p

  Dufter av honning, pasjonsfrukt og andre tropiske frukter, kanskje ananas. Ekstremt frisk i anslaget. Syra dominerer faktisk sødmen i munnfølelsen. Starter friskt, går over i tyngre frukt (tørka aprikos, Dag kjente en stund litt banan), før en frisk ettersmak av appelsin overtar og blir sittende lenge. Dette er herlige saker, og nok kompleksitet til at det ikke bare er godteri. Matcher moden brie de meaux svært godt, men ikke nok sødme for roquefort. Fyldig, krema konsistens. Nydelig nå, blir nok bare bedre.
