Yellow reflections. Peach, intense honey with air, floral notes. Quite a vibrant sensation in the nose from acidity and minerality. The mineral aspect goes on on teeth and honey aromas fill the mouth. At fist a bit thin. But developes a little more body while being driven by fresh acidity. 10.5 %vol. / little sugar in grapes , tastes dry with 9 g residual sugar and still great ripeness of grapes create an excellent wine. A very nice start into the wineworld of Clemens Busch.

Medium intensity aromatics of lemon-lime soda, white peach and white lilac. The palate was surprisingly different, with an immediate slatey-ness and tart green apple. The wine is dry with high acidity and a moderately long finish. The quality was very good, so I would like to seek out the GG bottlings.

Not feeling this one tonight. Excessively dry, nearly bitter and too much petrol for my liking. Other than that. There wasn't much "other than that" to warm up to.

Satellite of Soif (Chicago, IL): For this lower level stuff, this displays a somewhat surprising amount of density and breadth on the palate. A bit fat, but the acidity definitely helps balance this out.
