Purchased as a red daily drinker for $4 from Trader Joe's. It is unusual to find a Carmenere at that price. Medium-bodied, aromas and flavors of sour cherry. A hint of cloves and cinnamon add to the impact. Minimal fading over 3-4 days. Definitely above-average QPR, and a potential party wine. I plan to try other varietals of Panilonco, and have already purchased more Carmenere. Drink now or in 2017.

Good, inexpensive Carménère (13.5% abv) for everyday consumption. One of my'Go-To' inexpensive red wines. Exceptional QPR at $4 (Trader Joe's)
