  Color of orange blossom honey. Consistency of honey or light molasses. A pure, chewy treat, with great (medium plus) acid too. Though it is wine, the thickness puts it on another plain; something different. This will be drinkable three centuries from now, maybe even three millennia. Fascinating experience. 96-97.
