Wine still holds flavors described below. Tasted before and after decanting and breathing for 45 minutes and the acidic sharpness softens. Strongly recommend that breathing time. Still a strong wine.

PnD 2/3 of the bottle let air for 1hr. Inky saturated purple from core to rim. Fig cassis cherry black licorice and herbs on the nose. Medium(=) weight with velvety tannins. Rich and ripe but still fresh on the palate with fig plum cassis herbs and anise on the palate. Grippy amaro finish. Big deep complex and elegant a winning combo.
Holds up well on day three after being sealed and left in the fridge before allowing to come back up to cellar temperature. Nice integration with more depth complexity and smoothness while still fresh with good fruit. Bodes well for continued aging 5+ years. +1pt.

Round and smooth with loads of plumb and blackberry fruit. Dark chocolate and spice on the finish. Rich and decadent with a good juicy finish with a hint of earthy funk as is sits in air. Drink now-2022.

the nose shows forest fruits, in the mouth we find black fruits, a touch of alcohol, ripe, well balanced with a nice acidity giving structure to the wine

From Vandiner's stash. PnP let air for 1hr.
Consistent with previous note. God balance and freshness with ripe fruit and herbal notes on nose and plate.
