  • (Disgorged in 2021, base year 2013 with 20% reserves from 2012, 70% Pinot Noir, 15% Meunier and 15% Chardonnay from Écueil, dosage 7 gr/L)
Yellow colour with a reddish hue and showing green apples, baked bread and a hint of oak and opens up with dark chocolate. Very expressive palate showing oxidative notes of ripe red apples and bread showing on the mid to late with an intense and colourful tutti-frutti finish showing.
(Probably best with 0-5 years extra cellaring)

Maturing nose showing red apples, tutti frutti and some oakiness. Rounder on the palate showing red apples, with a smoothing mid before the nice and balanced, but a bit short finish showing a touch of vanilla oak.
(Best with 0-4 years extra cellaring)
