From Magnum. 1975 was their first vintage. Hank Wetzel would have been winemaker then. Then Harry (Hank II?) and now it’s Hank III. Good amount of sediment. Medium (-) garnet, dark red and black fruit aromas. Again, a honked sweetness. Still light tannin. Fruit, but not lots left. Sileage and earthy palate. Palate is more angular than the nose.

Incredibly big and chewy quintessential California Cab. Reminds one of the old fashioned honest style where the wine is "made" not engineered. Shows all the characteristics of 1990. Throwing massive amounts of sediment.
