Muted nose at first. With time and some tmp it opened up showing aed and green apples, citrus and yeast on the nose. Fruity yet refined front palate, with citrus and apples dominating. Tart finish. Not bad at all. Worked well with indian vegetarian food (which was its purpose). 86-87p

Light straw yellow with green edges. Yellow apples, citrus and flowers on the nose with hints of bread. Taste of citrus, yellow apples and herbs with minerals in the dry finish. A good cava that goes well as an aperitif.
