Phenomenal. Could stop and smell this for hours. Butterscotch , caramel, toasted pecan/walnut, light bruised green apple and lemon balm. So much length. As it opened flavors turned to peaches with a hint of lemon oil.

Better than some previous bottles but not as great as others. Best part is the viscous luscious mouthfeel. Acidity is adequate but the fruit lacks intensity.

Purchased on release. Yellow colour with vanilla mineral nose. Viscous in glass with a limestone caramel palate melding into an intense granite stone fruit finish.

This was a real treat and a crowd pleaser. Golden color, almost orange. A bit of oxidized notes coming through but mostly just a really nicely balanced, smooth wine with zero hard edges and holding up very well.

Very enjoyable Montrachet. Balanced elegant with plenty of mature characteristics. Still fresh and at a nice plateau. No hints of being over the hill.
