  Deep ruby/ violet with mild clearing at rim
  Medium aromas of blue/ black fruit and leather with mild oak influence - rather subdued and simple
  Medium plus bodied with palate of ripe black fruit and dark florals
  Medium plus tannins - coarse and primarily on the tongue. Medium acidity and medium plus alcohol with moderate length
  This comes across as a mediocre New World style IMO
  Nice enough at this price but not very exciting

  Full in the mouth, plenty fruit still tho a touch monochromatic. Enough tannins and acidity give it structure wo being overbearing. Should age v nicely. Great value at $15 per.
