  first advice: open it at least a day before consumption. shortly after opening, this natural wine shows strong oxidative notes. plus the wine is sweet - a very difficult combination for me. it's almost undrinkable. after 1 day the wine improved, after 3 days it is an interesting "spätlese"-style wine.
