Unfortunately, the wine didn't evolve the way I thought it would. The wine is good, but simple. Soft tannins with aromas of plum and leather. I wouldn't cellar this wine much longer, it's already on the downside and much less exciting than a few years ago. Drink now. Can't complaint much for $22:)

The first glimpse on a fantastic year on the right bank and this Lalande delivers in strength. For the price, this cannot be beaten. Nose of red fruits and cedar, on the palate I found notes of cherries, plump plums, chocolate with smooth tannins and still lively acidity. This should be held for another year or two to settle out. There is not too complexity or long finish, however, this is very much an early drinking wine which can be enjoyed whilst waiting for the rest of the 2015's to come around. Really impressive QPR!

Not bad, drinking good. Noticed some tertiary. Pleasant.

Decent wine. Just too short on the finish. Medium body and color.
