Light lemon, small bubbles and watery rim @8% abv. Tropical fruit, paraffin, petrol, green apple and sweet spice. Dry-off-dry, medium(+) acidity, low alcohol and medium body. Medium(+) palate of pineapple, mango, papaya, golden delicious, lemon peel, cinnamon. Balanced finish with landmark delicate acidity. Nice riesling Kabinett.

This is not a kabinett. It’s liquid sugar with no acid and with funky nose that won’t go away. Maybe it’s an off bottle. I’ve had well-aged Egon Mullers and J.J. Prums. I know what’s good funky nose on Rieslings...this is not.

Pale straw color. Rich, off-dry nose, with the aroma of ripe honeydew melon. The palate is similarly off-dry, starting round and smooth and sweet at the front. This has a little bit of zip as acids tickle the back of the tongue, but altogether it's mostly comprised of ripe and slightly tart citrus fruit. It's $18 worth of Riesling, which I mean neither as a compliment nor as a perjorative. I'd look to pair this with spicier Asian or Mexican food. It's not worth extended contemplation as a standalone.

Overly sweet and unbalanced, made for the masses. Like when I took my kid to see N'Sync way back when. Don't regret it, wouldn't repeat it.
