47th Viceroy's B'Day; 9/28/2017-10/1/2017 (Restaurant La Piperna - Madrid): Very SB and shortly of Chardonnay. Aromas of fennel and Provencal herbs. Will be the influence of terroir or so. On the palate it is ready to drink with a sharp acidity and a short passage through the mouth. Its time will come in about three years.
Muy SB y poco chardo. Aromas a hinojo y a hierbas provenzales. Será la influencia del terruño. Al paladar está para beber con una puntiaguda acidez y un corto paso por la boca. Su momento llegará en unos tres años.

Päron, äpple, persika. Fyllig, balanserad. Frisk syra. Mineral i avslutningen som ligger kvar en stund. Lite fat och mognadstoner.
