  Dark cherry almost ruby coloured, slight evolution. Cherry nose, plum and some strange freshness or cool sensation in the nose. Despite the 14,5% no alcoholic nose. Pepper but also some subtle cuberdon notes (rasburry candy). Quite some acidity for this Southern wine and soft on the tannins, slightly more presence of alcohol sensations in the mouth. Nice wine!

Earth and loam up front but they quickly give way to crushed red floral, mocha, mixed red berries and faint minerals, all of which carry to the medium bodied palate.   Très odorant: petits fruits, tabac et chocolat. Très goûteux, apparenté au shiraz australien. Bref, un vin différent, mais intéressant. Il s’accommode très bien d'une pizza toute garnie du commerce.
