  • 4th Saturday Brown Bagger (M&R's): Double blind. Cherry and raspberry frut notes - really nice, clean red fruit. The fruit continues on the palate, ending with just a sublte hint of spice on the finish, perhaps cinnamon? Very nice. Guessed Sonoma County pinot.

  • Drank well on day one, with french vanilla on the attack, followed by round flavors of red and blue fruits in their juices, touches of campfire, and a strong cola quality leading into the medium(+) length finish. Medium acid and medium(-) relatively well-integrated tannins make this very quaffable. Stored under ArT18 overnight. Day two saw the dark macerated fruit dominate with enhanced VA/acetone and minimal complexity. May not bode well for aging potential. Overall "very good," 88/100.
