This is a lovely bottle of wine. Fresh acidity, decent amount of fruit, somewhat rich, and noticeable wisps of oak. A decent example of the sort of white burgundy that grabs my attention. Definitely was the highlight of an otherwise poorly executed Christmas dinner to which this amateur chef subjected his family.

I gave this wine 95 points 4 years ago. Unclear how much my taste has been refined over that period (all of the great white burg I’ve drank has been over the past 5 years) vs how much different this bottle is drinking tonight. I’m going to assume it’s more of the former…. This is a lovely wine, but isn’t really special to me tonight. It’s got nice acidity, aromatics, and creamy minerality, but lacks a bit of oomph for me. Just kind of boring.

One of the better 2015 blancs I've had. Really nice balance with the Chassagne richness and a good bit of structure. Would definitely seek out this bottle again.

Golden colour. Intense on the butter, nail-polish and preserved citrus. Rich, creamy and intense mouthfeel. Perfectly balanced. Retained acidity but the warmth of the vintage shine though giving it a bit full-bodied structure. Peaches, nuts, preserved citrus. Lengthy finish w. hints of oxidation. Drink now.

[Blind] Nose is initially clean and fresh but quickly shows heaps of tropical yellow fruit, richness and weight. Nice oak spice and also a certain mintiness and herbaceous spice. Getting riper the longer it sits in the glass. Palate is round and opulent. Oak getting more dominant. Drinking nicely right now.
