Unscrewed and poured. Bright aroma of pear, flowers. Tart white fruit and mineral flavors up front, light honey flavors mid palate, strong petrol finish. Strong backbone, aggressive, but not unpleasant, acidity, good staying power. Good to very good right now, may develop further.

Pale yellow colour, smells of flint stone and melon, has a little bit of residual sugar (so more off-dry than dry) which is still balanced by some acidity, medium body, in the mouth flint stone and melon, in the aftertaste acidity and flint stone, good length (15 sec), has become more intensive (better length) since the last time I tried it, has lost some acidity at the same time, though; since I like acidity in my Riesling, I will drink up the remaining bottles this summer

Nice and dry. Minerally, but with a touch of fruit and floral notes. Good acidity.

Høj syre. Æbledomineret med latexhandske. Lidt oxi. Måske gået en smule over?

Absolutely ridiculously good wine. Such fresh fruit... Deliciously balanced, juicy fruit, fine structure
