  Color is pale straw. On the nose: Citrus (mostly lemon), honeysuckle and white flowers. On the palate: Citrus (lemon and orange), honeysuckle, apricot stone, nice salinity towards the finish and a hint of spice right at the end. This is a very nice wine. Drinks very easily. Going down well on a hot day after a long day at office. Worth seeking out as good complexity for the price point.

  Domaine de Villaine Rully Les St. Jaques 2015 er nokså gyllen og ren i fargen.
  Litt sky på duft, men må jobbe for å få fram litt hint av gule epler.
  I munnen derimot brer den seg ut i en delikat munnfølelse og mye fruktsødme og vi kjenner på sitroner, søte aprikoser noe hint av urter, honning og meget lett og integrert fatbruk. Syren er medium pluss. Vinen er elegant og delikat men samtidig kompleks på en lett og leken måte. Der vinen var sky i starten tar den igjen til de grader i avslutning - lang og god fruktdreven utgang.
  Nevøen kan sin vin, det har vi i grunnen slått fast før.
  
  Det opplyses at vinen er en «vin biologique» og bør drikkes mellom 2 og 6 år gammel til f.eks fisk, noe vi gjorde. Det bekreftes at denne vinen er på et veldig sjarmerende sted i livet.

  I have to say that this wine has evolved into something very nice. It has lots of citrus fruit, including lemon and lemon curd. I think the oak is so balanced and gives it a fullness on the palate that leaves you wanting another sip. It’s too bad that this is my last bottle.
