Clear light ruby in colour, a little clear. Notes of cherries and spice. Nice acidity, light elegant tannins, med body, med finish. Beautiful wine. Very elegant, very smooth. Paired perfectly with Caprese salad and Bolognese sauce.

Светлый гранатовый цвет, прозрачное. В аромате подсушенные красные ягоды, сухое дерево, бальзамик, вишнёвый ликёр, аптека, сухая трава, чуть подвал, замша, мокрое брюшко. Во вкусе среднее тело, высокая кислотность, зрелые округлые танины. 93/100

Popped and poured BYO @restaurant. Ample black and red fruits, black cherries, very nice medium finish! Light tannins, consistent throughout the evening. Excellent now, tail end of drinking window.

Dernière bouteille.
On note passablement d'évolution. Au final, les saveurs font penser à un brunello avec des notes un peu terreuse et cassonade. On retrouve encore de la cerise. Les tanins sont très polis. Conserve encore un bel équilibre, mais clairement qu'il sera en train de descendre de son peak. À boire sans trop attendre.
