No formal notes, but this was a lovely Behrens & Hitchcock wine that had been resting comfortably in the cellar. It was a a great match with grilled lamb, risotto with mushrooms and a Caesar salad.

Horrid. Acetone. Difficult to drink. High in volatile acidity. The fruit was there but it was just terrible. I could barely get the plastic cork out. Too bad this was a failed experiment. Hopefully this is my last one with a plastic cork.

A little high in alcohol, but this one had no VA. Some dark Fruit still left, but lots of tertiary flavors. Deep, dark and delicious

RED BROWN ON THE EDGE. BLACK CHERRIES, BLACKBERRIES, LICORICE, AND CHOCOLATE IN THE NOSE AND FLAVOR. MEDIUM TO LONG FINISH.
