Drinking fine, I'm not sure time in the bottle has caused it to flesh out or put on weight, for my tastes, was probably a bit better at its more vibrant release point.

8th bottle of a full case. Delicious, consumed at Edisto with freshly caught Sea Bass from this AM. Chalky lime, saline, oyster shell, a hint of grapefruit, wet rocks. Just everything in perfect order, lovely with fresh seafood. Drink now through 2025 or so.

Significant leesy notes, lemon and mineral notes, apple hints. Palate remarkably round - likely reflecting vintage - but with deep mineral underpinnings. Lees aging really comes out here. deep apple with citrus hints on palate. Mineral really sings here.

Bottle 7 of 12. PnP and consumed with a grilled chicken zatar dish. Bright lime and ocean breeze on the nose, with a lithe and delicate presence on the palate. This is a perfect food wine, especially for seafood. The wine is a bit better than a bottle I had 6 months ago. Very good spine of acidity allows the minerality and salinity to show through, alongside limes and perhaps grapefruit zest. What a deal at $17 USD. Can you beat Muscadet anywhere, dollar for dollar, on the deliciousness scale? Drink now through 2025+.
