cork out 30 mins prior to drinking with the bottle left in the fridge. Golden hue in a big bowl glass with a strong apricot aroma. Quite rich as expected on the palate with honeyed oaky fruit. Butterscotch and waxy apple flavour too. Absolutely delicious Viognier. Sugar levels a little high at this stage, some further integration will deliver an even better glass of wine in a few years..
