Celebrating Spanish Fool's Day (Barra Territorio Era - Madrid): Ending the same bottle. Paying no attention to conspirative theory of lactic additives, on the nose predominate notes of chalk and calcareous.
On the palate still maintains that real class sweet note that helps with a truly short length. Rich and delicious savignin.
Finalizando la misma botella. Dejando fuera la teoría de los aditivos lácticos, en nariz predominan las notas a tiza y a calcáreos.
En boca sigue teniendo esa nota dulce que aporta una verdadera clase que ayuda con la corta longitud que desgraciadamente presenta. Abundante y delicioso savagnin.

Pre-Xmas Wine Party (Barra Territorio Era - Madrid): Served by the glass surely coming from the same bottle opened last October.
Recent whitewashed sunny wall with notes of citrus caramel. When warmed a little, a salty delicatessen.
On the palate controlled acid with a calmed pass, full of finesse and memories of Xmas dry apricots. Still looking for a single deception if this winemaker, at any range.
Servido por copas seguramente de la misma botella abierta en octubre.
Pared recién encalada al sol con notas a caramelo de cítricos. Al tomar temperatura, una delicia salina.
Al paladar acidez controlada con un paso sosegado, lleno de finura y de recuerdos a orejones navideños. Todavía no he encontrado una sola decepción de este productor a ningún rango.

Quick Financial Consulting (Barra Territorio Era - Madrid): Sense of flint, iodine, wet river stone, whitewashed wall, Ibiza saltworks. Floral and distinguished at the same time. I like its quiet delivery. In the mouth it is still very young with a very sharp citrus acidity. We really will wait for the richness.
Sentido de pedernal, iodo, piedra de río mojada, pared encalada, salinas de Ibiza. Floral y distinguido también. Me gusta la entrega sosegada. En boca sigue estando muy joven con una acidez cítrica muy punzante. De verdad que esperáremos por lo rico.

Served by the glass using Coravin for a new bottle. Pure chalk on the wall ... I love this candy note of sweet liquorice of this producer. It seems to me that it is a kind of logo of the house. Extremely young in the mouth: sharp acidity that hides the rest of the elements and causes salivation for a long time.
Servida por copas mediante Coravin de una botella nueva. Si te vuelvo a ver pintar de tiza la pared ... De este productor me encanta esa nota dulce en nariz de regaliz de palo dulce. Se me antoja que es una especie de marca de la casa.
Extremadamente joven en boca: afilada acidez que oculta el resto de elementos y que provoca salivar durante un buen rato.
