Following the CT scale, 85 for me (good). On the bright side with raspberries, cranberries, tart cherry and red fruit. Easy drinking and good for sipping or with grilled cheeseburger but lacking complexity for achieving a higher score. Personally, I would have preferred some darker fruit elements to add some depth.

A little quiet on the nose, with some ripe raspberry fruit to it. A little bit tight but also just opened. Has the gumption. Interesting, I wonder if there is a day in the biodynamic calendar when you would taste all acid.

This was very good but I was hoping for just a bit more, I don’t mean it as a criticism but simply giving a little higher price point and the Vineyard I was hoping it would be extra special. Anyways the profile and flavors you would expect here

Sanford Wine Dinner (Washington, DC): Tons of juicy raspberries, cherries, along with sweet roses and rhubarb. Pristine on the palate with nice grip but the tannins have a smooth edge, while the acidity is quite vibrant. Darker cherry fruit on the palate but the wine still shows an airy, lively appeal with lots of spice and floral undertones. Long time ahead for this one.

Just a touch savory and certainly a little bit tired. But just opened. Maybe it will freshen up a touch? Better on second swirl.
