Big gold orchard on opening. With 3-4 hours air this really comes alive. Lifted, spiced, sweet golden fruit. Acid and length develop on the midpalate. A bottle of character and energy.

Intense butterscotch supplemented by peach and honey. Very rich and extracted St Joseph Blanc entering its prime. I thought this wouldn’t work as well with fatty and salty food but the weight provides a nice balance with most foods. I’ve loved every Gonon I’ve had and this continues the streak.
