  • Savoury nose with lots of tomato leaf. Some raspberry and cherry.

    On the palate, more savoury elements, some meatiness, tomato leaf. More fruit and raspberry. The acid is still crazy high, so this is juicy as hell. This probably doesn’t have the fruit to hang on much longer, but it’s a quality cab franc now, more in the spirit of the Loire than California.

  • Deep color. The nose is a bit tight, showing aromas of dark cherry, herbs, minerals, earth and a hint of oak. This is medium bodied on the palate with very good concentration but a lack of finesse. The medium length finish features bold tannins.
