I was worried that this was going to be a little tired, since I usually try to drink these as young as possible, but this was among the best bottles of this I can remember. A little primary, with prominent notes of raspberry and strawberry, with lemon and orange citrus bolstering the acidic feel of the wine, but a lot of that could be due to inherent nature of Grenache. There's a chalkiness and a touch of yeastiness that lends an air of complexity. I wouldn't say that this is a great value, but I always enjoy these and they are pretty unique.

A very light, airy sparkling wine. Notes of strawberry and watermelon with crisp acidity.
