An acceptable, nearly tasty vin w a great initial pnp nose, a lite ruby color and body, great legs- lurking a while on the vertical.
Was a gift in Sept '17, racked since, and we like that we cracked it tonight, w a rich red pasta and baked mozzarella...
Was hoping it'd get better w open time, but it hasn't. There's a tannin bite. They're present and hit a bit much for us. Don't know... if we'd've opened it a few years from now, perhaps the vin would have smoothed out...
Not near a 90 pointer, no complexity, no finish length, no girth to it...
But we'll finish the bottle. Maybe even tonight. Reminds us of the night we enjoyed cabernet w Michael Mondavi, sharing great stories of travel, family and wine- alas the vin was better that night. Yup, a GREAT evening indeed.. Maybe we'll try his M.

Surprisingly good. Wasn't expecting much at this price point but would easily pass for a $50 cab. Luscious and smooth and drinkable.
