Nutty, preserved lemon, dried flowers, toast, spice. Palate is quite fresh, more so than I was expecting which is a great surprise to have. Toasty, leesy, nutty, ginger, preserved lemon.

With a sort of Chardonnay Rennasance occurring in the PNW (especially OR) this was a good entry to that spirit from the old home State. Lovely mineral and peach flavors show zero oak influence, perhaps a tad light in body to merit a higher score, but this was delicious. Well done.
