Virtually identical note to my last one, a little more than a year ago. A very pretty wine to drink now and over the next 2 years or so. I got this at a really good price, so no regrets here :-)

This is showing even better than my last bottle. Slightly buttery aromatics, ripe pear, citrus oil, some spices and also wet stone minerality. As the wine warms up in the glass, there is also some mint showing. It‘s medium-full bodied (put on some weight since last time), there is a beautiful medium-high vein of acidity balancing the richness. Long finish with plenty of complexity, also a touch of phenolic bitterness on the finish. Lovely Meursault!

P: LM, poss Med, body; Very NICE frt met by FIRMING acidity which fairly seamlessly evolves into a LONG, very, VERY slightly puckerish finish with hints of swtness. DESERVES/needs through '19, then drinking through '23? For lovers of high acidity! My EXC-/EXC. 15.5/20 Jancis Robinson, 87-90 pts Burghound, & 85 Decanter World Wine Awards. [This vendor's $64.95 puts it @ the bottom of wine-searcher's TOP quartile.]

I was not too keen on this, though it is not too bad. There is an undercurrent of lead pencil and stainless steel that I found pretty unpleasant.
