  Drank great right out of the gate and cruised for a couple days recorked in the fridge. At peak, I think.

  Red raspberry, pomegranate, rose petals, crushed granite, balsa wood, spice. Medium body & acidity. Medium-long finish. At or near peak.

  Delicious! Light garnet color, legs form and run slowly. Lots of delicate fruit—blackberry, blueberry—and sone mild vegetable tones. Good tannins, some minerality. Delicious now, and could probably sit awhile longer!
