  Drink now! A beautiful state of maturity, all of the rough edges sanded smooth, somewhat unlike the usual pinot, with this delicious liqueur set of flavors.

  Seemed a bit watery at the outset. Then got about an hour in the decanter and served with simple roast chicken it gained body and improved a lot. Was very light in color and the subtlety continued with the nose. Complex flavors and a nice long finish.

  Starts off with a nice nose of candied rasberry and cherry. Light body, excellent pallate of sweet cherry with a bit of spice. No noticable tannins. Doesn't seem to have the stuffing to age very long.
