A business lunch (Auberge Jean & Marie, Amsterdam, NL): This is really impressive for a Petit Chablis, with unusual intensity and terroir expression. Flowers and minerals, preserved lemon, has drive, energy and length. These vineyards have clearly benefitted from the warmer vintage.

Tasted at Domaine. Quite lineal, tight palate but an easy drink with more body than you may expect for a petit. It has the fruit and even some minerality.
4 Ha. of Petit Chablis, which is quite a lot. Plot located at the top of the grand cru vineyards, mainly limestone soils.
