  Sehr viel Säure und sehr mineralisch.
  Gut gemacht. Aber nicht mein Geschmack.

  2012 Goulay Sancerre Oriane vs 2014 Alliet Chinon Noire:
  Direkt vor dem Probieren geöffnet.
  - Farbe: Mittleres purpurrot bei Oriane. Dagegen deutlich höhere Farbtiefe und etwas mehr Richtung blau beim Noire
  - Geruch: Oriane mit typischer PN Nase. Kirsche. Etwas Erdbeere. Noire dagegen herber. Auch Lakritz. Nicht so Säure-dominiert wie andere Cabernet Franc.
  - Oriane ist ein schöner PN im Burgund Stil. Dosierter runder Holzeinsatz. Balanciert zwischen Frucht und Säure. Noire hat etwas mehr Tannine und auch fleischiger. Cabernet Franc, fast etwas Richtung Lagrein. Beide langer Nachhall.
  - Interessanter Vergleich. Beide wirklich gut. Aber eben - wie erwartet - total unterschiedlich.

  i would say a polarizing pinot. The nose is very burgundian. Unmistakably pinot. In the mouth allot of spices but also green flavors. Seems underripe? overall for the price I think we can do better but it is too bad this wine has allot of concentration but for me this green taste is turning me off

  Ça pinotte, il est précis et frais sur le fruit pas tout à fait mûr, vraiment dans un registre de pinot de pays froid. Il est beaucoup sur le verdeur aussi, et peut-être décharné ? Je suis encore à me décider quoi faire des autres bouteilles.

  Still young, but already approachable. A bit gevrey in character. Racy red fruits with some cigar notes. A great vintage and a great winemaker. Give it some time. 90 points
