Dégustation horizontale de Beaune Grèves 2015 (Restaurant l'État-Major): Un joli nez charmeur de fruit noir, un peu chocolaté. Belle texture ronde en attaque, mais ça assèche ensuite, puis la finale est courte, un peu quelconque, avec de l'amertume, décevante. À revoir? Il s'est amélioré dans le verre après une heure, mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup de vin. 87 pts

Première de 12 bouteilles. Vin mince et avec forte présence d'élevage. J'attends les autres bouteilles. 89pts avec espoir de 2 ou 3 pts de plus.
