  Appearance: deep ruby red. No browning.
  Nose: jammy, dark fruit with a whiff of espresso
  Taste: dark red fruit and jam. A hint of baking spices on the back of the tongue. Some sour cherries as well. Nice acidity.
  Finish: you get some short, fine tannins, and are left with a long juicy finish.

  This was an awesome surprise. I thought I was opening up their Cab and it turned out to be a Malbec. It had great energy on Day#1 and a long fresh finish. It tasted wonderfully like chocolate covered black cherries with a hint of coffee on the finish. On Day #2 the coffee was gone but it got smoother and softer and the nose opened up better. A really fun Malbec.
