Nice ringer for a decent Bourgogne Rouge, rustic and joyful. ripe red cherries & strawberries, dusty earth, a bit of minerals. Lighter bodied, 12.5%, lacking mid-palate and finish. Not super focused or complex, but I’m happy to drink this as a midweek dinner table wine.

Really easy to drink. Agree with the slight amount of sous bois that comes and goes. I didn't really get it for the first 45 minutes, then it showed up for a bit.
Quite light but with a great balance of acid, fruit, tannin.

Fruit Day - very Burgundian in nose with strong floral notes, spice, and root vegetables along with the dark cherry. On the palate, it's lithe with nice spice notes, black cherry and a touch of funk. The finish is warm (even though its only 13% ABV) with the red fruit and spice continuing. This is pretty good and could be easily confused with a Village wine from Burgundy. Will be excellent with Duck or at the Thanksgiving Turkey feast

Enjoyable, and not over-extracted.

Bright fruit. Nice acid. Low tannin. Medium aftertaste of red fruit.
Not candy-like.
