Bought this on a whim, as I am a big Burlotto fan. A very enjoyable rose with strawberries on the nose, the strawberries are accompanied with white cherries on the palate, the acidity is in the mid range, and a subtle minerality on the finish. A great everyday rose

Interestingly, for a Rose wine, better on day 2 with some air and closer to room temperature. Strawberries, tart cherries, with some grapefruit poking through at the end. I would have guessed that this was a Rose made from Pinot Noir. I thought it drank more like a Rose on the Red end of the spectrum, but Ellen thought it was more on the white end of the spectrum. This really popped with sour cherry focaccia, but just ok with salmon. Very good.

Tasted over 2 hrs -translucent bright dark pink -sweet raspberry rhubarb -med acidity, med weight hefty for a rosé rather packed mid-palate with rocky soil saline berry bitter with a moderately long finish that appears to have a bit of tannic structure -unique big (but not flabby) structured rocky rosé

Deep amber color, tart and bright fruit that paired with our pulled pork sandwiches.

Great food wine. Bone dry with great fruit extraction. The varietal works well as a rose.
