Rich wine, good body, nice volume. Ripe peach, melon, apple, butter. Bold, enough minerality, ready to drink. My only but is the prominent oak masking the fruit. I do not know what happened here since it is not the house signature. Moreover, this village has much more oak than Clos Saint Jean which is a 1er Cru.

Fine Wines SG - White Burgundy Tasting (Fine Wines SG): Very pale, somewhat greenish. Could get the greenish fernish character, and gun flint on nose and palate, and a clear peppery feel with green apples. The gun flint gives way to fresh minerals and wet stones. However the finish was comparatively shorter

Another winner from this great, steadily rising producer. Expressive nose of apples, citrus, subtle toast, vanilla, toast. Creamy, yet refreshing palate, long finish. Wow, look at this quality and below 50 bucks! Who says great white Burg is always expensive. 94+

Consistent note. Served this during an apero with cold cuts. Very popular, even among the people who don't like Chard.
