All stainless, no oak. Medium nose shows green apple, white pear, light spice, sour apple, lemon peel. Palate matches, crisp, sour green apple, lemon peel, full bodied but light on the oak, dried pineapple, maybe a melon hint in there. Nice French style for a CA Chard.

Neyers Tasting Visit - 7/1/17: Showing aromas of mineral, citrus zest and apricot. Adds more citrus and stone fruit, spices and white pepper on the palate. Round and rich, with decent length on the finish.

Excellent unoaked Chardonnay; fruity yet well structured even without the oak; creamy mouthfeel and finish; great with grilled salmon
